People & Culture can either be the most difficult or the more freeing part of our work world. It can be the catalyst to not only provide us with a much needed change, but to continue to live into who we were created to be or it can be a selfish and lonely road for us and our teams. By starting with a solid foundation we spent our time not only identifying what makes Lincoln Properties unique but how that uniqueness can be used to take our people and culture to the next level. 

After spending a brief amount of time with you chatting, I believe the following to be the best next steps to improve our ability to build our culture, train and develop our staff and free you to do what you do best and increase effectiveness of all employees. As Lincoln continues to grow and develop we must continue to invest internally in order to produce the best product possible for our customer and community.

{SCOPE OF WORK}

12 Months


 

STEP 1: Team Identity Mapping (Culture Leadership Team)

It is our belief that in order to make any effective change, then we must start be rebuilding the foundation that we each stand on as a unique individual. Before we can build a team, increase effectiveness and ultimately raise the bottom line, we must start by fully understanding ourselves and one another. We will do this by spending a full day together off site with the Culture Leadership Team.

 
 

TEAM SCHEDULE

8:30 - Breakfast & hand Poured Chemex Coffee

9:00 - Thoughts, Fears, Hopes, Dreams + Values

12:00 - Family Style Lunch 

12:30 - Strengths, Awareness, Leadership + Application

5:00 - All Done & Conquer the World

WHAT WILL WE COVER?

  • 8 hours of TEAM assessment and unplugged intentionality

  • Identifying Core Values - WHY you do what you do

  • Assessing Strengths - HOW you do what you do

  • Owning Self-Awareness - WHAT you are actually doing

  • Team Dynamics - Identifying how your team works best

 

STEP 2: Identify CORE Culture Points & Build Concept Content

 

Once we have completed our team assessment and walked each member through our Identity Mapping Process we will be set to Identify our CORE culture points and prepare to build content.

My hope is to create a 12 month culture campaign that is used by all of our staff as a launch point for what we want to drive home from top to bottom and bottom to top. This includes video, digital booklets, leadership development and culture planning.

 

STEP 3: Culture Content Creation

 

Once we have the content planned out and signed off on, then we can get to creating. Each month we will create video, audio, digital booklets and other content to be used through out the firm to push our culture concepts.

Our hope is to get exposure of senior leadership across the firm as well as real stories from our teams out for others to see. This content has the ability to be used both internally and externally for retention and recruiting.

 

Step 4: Culture Content Implementation

 

Part of a successful culture journey is the consistent ability to provide experiences that match who we say we are, not just what we say we do. Whether it is leadership events, summer summits or town hall meetings, we must work hard to consistently provide experiences for our teams that reinforce who we are.

As we get rolling on content and it begins to move forward more seamlessly, I will be available for speaking and workshops as a part of my monthly consulting hours.
