We define CORE Values as the WHY you do what you do.  In all instances and in every role we play, we have a reason, intention and motivation. By identifying our CORE Values we can bring a language and vernacular to our daily life that most of us miss. We tend to get caught up in the WHAT we do way before we have the conversation around WHY we do it. If we don't start with the WHY then we have missed the entire boat. They give way to how we lead, we set goals, we make decisions and communicate our own value to others. It is a must have!

"Identity Mapping: Creating the Clearest Picture of our Identity"

This is our signature process created specifically to walk you through building the clearest picture of your identity you have ever had. Yes, that is a bold statement but we stand by our promise to you. After our session we guarantee for you to know WHY you do what you, HOW you do it and WHAT you do as a human being in all areas of your life. Once identified we will then create our natural next steps to put our new plan into action. It is time we stop guessing about who we are and start to live actively. It is time to take control of our life and stop letting other tell us who we are.

vulnerability & EMpathy: How to see and understand others

Don’t let those words scare you, lean into them. I have found over the last 10 years that no matter the organization or the age of the audience, we all desire to be seen and to be understood. It is why we find meetings going longer than needed, why we see staff become frustrated with seemingly small things and why the culture of our staff is the most important factor to our success. So how can we allow ourselves to be seen and use that as a tool to understand those around us? I believe it is by allowing space for vulnerability and leaning into empathy with one another.
