Every day we have to-do lists, emails, ministry plans, and church growth goals; all while trying to maintain some sort of autonomy with our staff. With so much to do, it's easy for our conversations to get lost in the daily business of it all. Of course, to-do lists and sermon series matter, but not near as much as the people running them. I trust we care about our staff, but are we willing to take time to care for them as individuals? Are we willing to ask... "Why do you do what you do? How do you work best? How can I serve you?"   People want to be cared about. They want to know you value them. And most importantly they want to know what God has designed them for in order to glorify Him most.

When we can provide our staff with the knowledge of who they are and the confidence to be fully present, we reveal the freedom of the gospel to live humbly and confidently in our pursuit to love others. We are all unique and created for a purpose. Identifying what makes us unique and understanding how to use it, that is where real life change can happen.





Team Identity Mapping is an 8 hour intensive experience that focuses on rebuilding the identity of the individual and strengthening the heart of a team. 

We will work from the inside out, identifying the values of each individual (THE WHY), understanding the strengths (THE HOW) and guide the process of the self awareness (THE WHAT). We will then zoom out to the team as a whole to better understand how to use who we are as individuals to better serve one another and our ministry.  By connecting the individuality of each person to the heart of the team, we create the platform for a truly great staff.
