Why Conviction?

Ready to positively impact the rest of your year?

If convictions are the deep seated beliefs we are unwilling to waver from, then they are also the boundaries we set for ourselves. Simply put, our convictions are our boundaries. Our conviction help keep us moving in the direction we most believe in for ourselves. To help set your trajectory for Q2 (if you prefer that Q talk), the rest of your year, or even just today I have three questions for you. These guiding questions will help you develop the habits you need to build a life that you deeply believe in.

  1. What is the one conviction you want to hold yourself to in the next 90 days?

  2. What boundary will you set, based on that conviction, that will keep you on track?

  3. What is one rhythm/routine you want to maintain as you think about your conviction?

It is not lost on me that these questions can seem overwhelming, feel hard to answer, or even come across as unnecessary work. But building a life full of depth takes work that is worth it and necessary, my friend. You can structure the timeline that fits your schedule in the best way and use the questions next quarter, next week, or in any continual way that helps you re-focus on what is true to you.

The phone number I use to send daily texts is a two-way street. So if you'd like some accountability, clarity, or feedback on your answers, send me a text. And if you're not in my phonebook, send a text to 469-649-8441. I sent out three texts a week to encourage and challenge you. I’d love for you to be apart of that.

The work ahead of us is good, hard, and worth it.
