You Need To Hear This

Just do it.

I don’t even know what it is, but I know that with just those three words your brain already knows what it is. Whatever it is, just do it.

Where are you trying to go, who are you trying to be, and what are you trying to accomplish. However, you answer those questions, get started today. Take that first step, just do it! Don’t wait for the start of the next week, the next quarter, or “the right moment”. Start right now.

Sometimes all we need is a little push. A kick in the pants to get us moving in the direction that we really want to go. Here's that push. What is the next step you can take that will help you push through the hard uncomfortable to get closer to what you want in life?

Now I’m not going to just leave you hanging there. There are some questions I’ve put together to help if you’re not sure what “it” is.

  • What is one thing you deeply desire for yourself? There's something you want, everyone has their dreams and goals, what is that thing for you?

  • What aspect of achieving that goal is hard and uncomfortable? There's a reason it's a goal and not something you've already achieved and that's because it requires work. What is that work for you?

  • What is one step you can take that pushes you towards what you want AND pushes you through what makes it hard and uncomfortable? A step in your routine to add, a conversation to have, something to eliminate, what is that thing for you?

You can do this. You can do hard things. Take that step.
